Faith Temple

Phillip and Karen Stearns came to Portland, Maine in 1978, with a burning desire to see an Apostolic church established in Maine's largest city. In 1981, Faith Temple broke ground at 1914 Congress St., in Portland, on five beautiful acres of land, situated between downtown Portland and the Maine Mall, adjacent to the Portland International Jetport. The church was dedicated in 1983 and remains at that location, a thriving, growing congregation, a testament to God's faithfulness and truth. We extend a warm and friendly hand of fellowship to you. Our goal is to help facilitate a personal, energized connection with God through Bible based beliefs, contemporary music, and a Spirit filled relevant message to live by.
